Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring accurate data, pipeline visibility, and reporting.

Lead and supervise the B2B sales team, tracking performance and ensuring target achievement.

Develop and execute B2B sales plans and targets aligned with the Building Materials market.

Analyze sales performance and provide insights and reports to support management decisions.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Building Materials industry.

Proven experience in sales team leadership and target-driven environments.

Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
