Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Assign territories, set individual sales goals, and monitor performance. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
