Roles & Responsibilities

6-15 experience in selling freight service at freight Forwarder Company
Fluent English
Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
Your specific duties as a Logistics sales Executive will include:
Generating new business leads and setting appointments
Making sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiating shipping rates with the client and the operations.
Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently .
Following up on client shipments & team shipments
Make weekly meeting with the team.
Cover all points for the shipments to avoid any problem
Make a team plan to get new clients and achieve team monthly target.
