Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices, address challenges, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and maintains strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to Sales Manager.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
