Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices, address challenges, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and maintains strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to Sales Manager.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the education, e-learning, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
