Job Description
Grow and sustain Genuine Spare parts & Oil B2B sales through well developed and solid dealer network to better serve Toyota customers across Egypt.
Sales Operation:
• Full achievement & exceeding of monthly Revenue & Gross Margin amounts & percentage.
• Sell aged stock as per company policy & stock condition.
Dealer Network
• Assure sustainable relationship with wholesalers.
• Sets suitable sales target with the right product per region.
• Prepare detailed action plan for sales per area.
• Organize monthly visits with wholesalers sales team.
Product Support
• To thoroughly study Toyota products line-up and subjected application per model & vehicle age.
• Full knowledge for other brands equivalents.
• Update management with Toyota products positioning against other brands.
• Submit recommendations for new products and/or packs to sustain sales at the assigned areas.
Market Support
• To thoroughly analyse opportunity at each dealer.
• Study targeted customer behaviour & usage habits.
• Assure acceptable presence that support sales sustainability.
• Recommendations for POS support as per company policy.
• Regular monitoring competitor s activities, pricing and general market condition.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor s degree or above in engineering or Business.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
8 - 10 Years of relevant experience with min. 2 years in managerial position
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
Wholesales related to Automotive aftersales products, (Spare parts, Oils, etc.,)
Leadership skills.
Market Opportunity analysis.
