Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage Sales Executive staff, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
- Conduct weekly and monthly follow-ups on sales targets and performance.
- Carry out regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist the Sales Manager in resolving outlet and customer-related issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned Sales Executives.
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments.
- Work towards minimizing customer and market grievances (GRV).
- Coordinate and oversee promotional activities.
- Supervise and support the Merchandiser Coordinator, addressing all merchandiser-related concerns.
- Coordinate and execute initiatives for new customer acquisition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Proven experience in handling hypermarkets as key customers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years prior experience as a Sales Supervisor (outdoor role) or in a similar sales leadership position in UAE / GCC .
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Malayalam.
