Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage Sales Executive staff, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly follow-ups on sales targets and performance.
  • Carry out regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in resolving outlet and customer-related issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned Sales Executives.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments.
  • Work towards minimizing customer and market grievances (GRV).
  • Coordinate and oversee promotional activities.
  • Supervise and support the Merchandiser Coordinator, addressing all merchandiser-related concerns.
  • Coordinate and execute initiatives for new customer acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Proven experience in handling hypermarkets as key customers.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years prior experience as a Sales Supervisor (outdoor role) or in a similar sales leadership position in UAE / GCC .
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Malayalam.
