Roles & Responsibilities


Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, guiding, and monitoring the field sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the FMCG sector. You will be instrumental in developing sales strategies, managing territories, coaching representatives, and ensuring the growth of our wholesale and HORECA channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead, train, and motivate a team of Outdoor and HORECA Sales Representatives to achieve their individual and team sales goals.


Set sales targets, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and performance objectives for the team.


Monitor daily sales activities and track performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.


Accompany sales representatives on field visits to provide support, assess performance, and assist with key client negotiations.


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.


Analyze sales data and market trends to generate insightful reports for senior management.


Manage sales territories, optimize routes, and ensure comprehensive market coverage.


Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or a senior sales role within the FMCG or F&B distribution sector in Lebanon.


A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.


Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.


Excellent knowledge of the Lebanese wholesale and HORECA markets.


Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.


Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with CRM software.


Must hold a valid Lebanese driver's license and preferably own a car.


Fluency in Arabic and English.


Location: Hamra, Beirut (Office-based with significant time in the field)
