Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Analyze and consolidate competitive intelligence reports
Report results and areas for improvement to the hierarchy
Coordinate with medical supervisors on customer requests and business needs
Carry out sales operations and collections
Prospect and identify new potential customers
Clearance of distributors via wholesalers
Manage his team, which he leads, organizes, trains and motivates
Adapt the territorial action plan according to the specificities of the regions and the market in order to guide marketing to implement a more impactful marketing plan
Validate the coaching plan proposed by regional supervisors

BAC +2/+3 in the commercial Management and Marketing sector
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, including 2 to 3 years in managing a pharmaceutical sales team
