Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide and assist customers throughout the store s various sections, with a strong focus on wine, spirits, cigars, and tobacco accessories. Full training will be provided and proven experience in the field is a plus.

Main Duties:

Greet and assist customers across all sections of the store in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide expert guidance on wines, spirits, cigars, pipe tobacco, and related accessories.

Maintain a strong understanding of the store s product offerings and stay updated on new arrivals.

Educate customers about product features, tasting notes, and usage recommendations

Upsell and cross-sell core product lines based on customer needs and preferences.

Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Participate in ongoing product and sales training.

Support inventory counts, and stock replenishment as needed.

Follow all store policies, safety guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in any field.

At least 2 years in a relevant Sales position.

Good command of Arabic and English/French.
