Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth by effectively promoting and selling the company's products/services to new and existing customers within the Egyptian market. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The Sales Specialist will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online research).
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services and the competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Close sales effectively and efficiently, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical support, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
