Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing customer service, managing client relationships, and offering training on products and services. Daily tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- The role also involves training new clients on the company's trading platforms and ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered.
Qualifications
- Experienced with at least 1 year in the financial stock Markets sector.
- Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience.
- Ability to provide effective Training to clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online trading platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
