Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing social media company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling our portfolio of social media marketing solutions, including content creation, advertising, influencer partnerships, and social media management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
Understand client needs and present tailored social media marketing solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations virtually or in person.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align client goals with social media strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
Provide regular sales reports and client feedback to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, media, or tech services.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
