Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of the development projects (real estate or software) to potential clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and build trust.
- Negotiating contracts, handling objections, and guiding clients through the purchase process.
- Tracking leads, managing sales activities, and reporting on progress towards sales targets.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in any relevant field.
- Males are preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Development companies or Real Estate brokerage industry.
- Maximum age is 33.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Excellent awareness of the Market.
- Presentable with very good communication skills.
