Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will generate leads and close sales in a fast-paced and competitive market. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospects.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or Business Administration or related.
  • 2-5 of proven sales experience in the same field and territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
