Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
①Develop and execute sales strategies to win government tenders and commercial projects for engineering-grade HVAC solutions.
②Build and maintain strong relationships with ministries, contractors, consultants, and developers.
③Lead the entire sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to contract signing—ensuring alignment with project requirements.
④Collaborate with technical teams to design customized HVAC proposals for large infrastructure projects.
⑤Monitor Saudi government procurement platforms and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
⑥Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic bidding.
Desired Candidate Profile
①Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, construction, or government projects in Saudi Arabia.
②Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of KSA’s tendering process, HVAC standards, and key stakeholders.
③Network: Existing relationships with government procurement offices, contractors, or engineering firms is a strong plus.
④Skills: Persuasive negotiator, strong presenter, and skilled at managing high-value accounts.
⑤Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (both written and spoken).
⑥Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
