Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic and hunter-minded Sales Representative to form the foundation of our growing sales team. The primary goal of this role is to generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with financial institutions, banks, and fintech partners.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for executing business development activities such as cold calls, email outreach, and lead generation campaigns, while contributing innovative ideas to enhance inbound lead flow.

You will work closely with senior sales representatives and the marketing team to identify new market opportunities, support account management activities, and participate in client meetings or product demonstrations. The role reports directly to the Sales Manager, who will provide guidance on solution presentations, client engagement strategies, and participation in events such as webinars, conferences, and fintech expos.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads within the financial services and fintech ecosystem.

- Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and networking to build a strong pipeline.

- Understand client needs and communicate the value proposition of our fintech solutions effectively.

- Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and execute strategic vertical market plans.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.

- Support in product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives to drive awareness and inbound demand.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within fintech, Banks

- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong ability to understand and explain financial technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning.

- Passionate about technology, digital transformation, and innovation in the banking and payments space.

- Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and contribute to revenue growth.

- Positive attitude, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.
