Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills.

Follow up on leads, handle clients inquiries, and provide accurate information.

Maintain a database of clients information and sales records.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and share feedback.

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all client interactions

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Tele sales, Call Center, or similar sales role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English or Hindi.

Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong time management and teamwork abilities.

Must be in UAE
