Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends, ensuring a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product value and address client pain points.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast sales performance accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company, such as technology, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable to cater to diverse customer bases.
- Strong technical skills with familiarity in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales processes efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
