Job Description: We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Rayna Properties, responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties in Dubai and across the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Promote and market Rayna Properties’ real estate services to potential clients Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and explain features and benefits Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments Prepare and present proposals and agreements Requirements: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Freshers are welcome to apply – full training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Fluency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) are a plus UAE driving license is an advantage, but not mandatory What We Offer: Competitive salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month Attractive commission structure Full training and career development support Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to grow within a reputable real estate company How to Apply: If you are passionate about real estate and eager to grow in a rewarding sales career, we want to hear from you!
