Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the same industry, with preference for experience in solar products and battery solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting is advantageous.
