Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Achieve company's sales & distribution objectives: daily/monthly targets, route efficiency, customer coverage, and products' distribution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Load the vehicle according to the set daily target and display the brands according to the planogram
  • Execute the planned route and verify customers' coordinates
  • Abide by implementing the special offers provided to the customers
  • Ensure completing the "steps of the call" at each customer
  • Review Cash Cycle
  • Transfer and update hand-held data daily
  • Follow up on daily stock take of vehicle
  • Highlight Competitors field activities such as pricing, discounts, and visibility
  • Implement company policies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University Graduate
  • 0-3 years of sales experience
