Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the diesel filtration, power generation, hydraulics, and pneumatics sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our filtration and spare parts solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective pipeline management and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and logistics departments, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the diesel filtration, spare parts, power generation, hydraulics, or pneumatics industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
