Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- 1 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or apparel
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Proven experience using ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
- Attention to detail and good time management
- Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak seasons
Desired Candidate Profile
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized fashion advice
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support customers effectively
- Manage stock levels and assist in visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using the ERP system
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries efficiently
- Ensure store cleanliness and a well-organized sales floor
- 8 hours a day, 6 days a week morning or night shifts
- From 10am to 6pm
- from 3pm to 11pm
