Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable car models.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of Ghandour Auto s unique offering.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest car models, features, and market trends to provide expert guidance.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a professional manner.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate new leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or import/export industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, onsite, and adapt to changing priorities.
