Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop sales of products/services through digital channels
- Manage and engage with the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Prospecting and building customer loyalty online (e-commerce, messaging, social media)
- Respond to customer requests and ensure digital sales follow-up
- Participate in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Track orders, payments and deliveries from online sales
- Analyze digital performance and propose improvement actions

- Training or experience in digital commerce / e-commerce / digital marketing
- Proven experience in the digital or e-commerce field
