Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Provide reception, advice and guidance to customers present or remotely (telephone / email / networks).
Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Manage requests for information, quotes, commercial offers and follow-ups.
To actively participate in sales development and the achievement of objectives.
Monitor customer service and satisfaction before, during and after the sale.
Profile
Good communication skills
