Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for heavy equipment spare parts within a defined territory, focusing on customer needs and market trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships to drive repeat business.
- Conduct technical consultations to understand customer requirements, recommending the appropriate spare parts and solutions for their equipment.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, ensuring profitability while meeting their specific needs and budgetary constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates 3-5 years of proven experience in the heavy equipment spare parts industry, understanding the market.
- Has a strong work experience in heavy equipment spare parts, demonstrating expertise.
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients and colleagues.
