Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to hit sales targets in cosmetics, personal care, and other FMCG categories.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, salons, spas, and pharmacies.
- Prospect for new customers, generate leads, and expand market share.
- Understand product benefits, conduct demonstrations, and provide samples.
- Use CRM, submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven sales experience (cosmetics, FMCG preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Market knowledge of beauty/personal care/FMCG.
