Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company s coffee products to existing and potential clients (retailers, horeca, distributors, etc.)

Achieve sales targets and expand market share within assigned territory

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits

Monitor market trends

Ensure proper product placement, availability, and visibility at customer locations

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth sales operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

1 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage industry

Passion for coffee and good product knowledge is an advantage

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
