Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, quote, and close aftermarket sales opportunities to achieve annual targets
- Prepare competitive commercial proposals including scope definition, cost calculations, pricing, and contractual terms
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and legal teams to review contracts, risks, and commercial deviations
- Conduct commercial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Negotiate scope, pricing, and terms and conditions with customers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Provide regular sales updates on opportunity status, progress, and sales strategy
- Support project execution and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to service strategy development, process improvement, and business expansion initiatives
- Support marketing activities and monitor competitor activity and market trends

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Two to five years of relevant experience, preferably within the energy or power generation sector
- Proven experience in aftermarket tendering, proposal preparation, cost estimation, and commercial negotiations
- Good understanding of contractual terms and conditions and INCOTERMS
- Technical knowledge of gas turbines, generators, steam turbines, boilers, and related services
- Strong communication, customer management, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple concurrent opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good awareness of current energy market trends
