Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Property Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and marketing properties, and achieving sales targets. Based in Doha, Qatar, this role involves a dynamic combination of client engagement, market analysis, and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Property Listings: Present and market properties effectively to potential buyers or renters, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the success of the team.
  • Client Follow-Up: Provide post-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and pricing strategies.
  • Strong client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Attributes:

  • A valid driving license is required.
