Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers in-store to promote El Abd Group s range of home appliances and highlight key product features.
- Demonstrate product functionality and benefits to potential customers, addressing their needs and inquiries with in-depth knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by converting store visitors into satisfied customers.
- Maintain an attractive and organized product display area, ensuring all promotional materials are up-to-date and visually appealing.
- Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams.
- Support the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive product awareness and sales.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store staff and management to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
- Provide post-sale support and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Keep accurate records of daily sales activities and inventory levels.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of product features, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
- Male, Presentable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining product displays and promotional materials.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site retail environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by store operations.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a leading home appliances brand.
- Enthusiasm for learning about new products and technologies.
