Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression that encourages product interest.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of diverse audiences.
- Collect customer feedback and insights during promotions, relaying vital information to the marketing team to inform future product enhancements.
- Execute promotional events and in-store demonstrations, ensuring that all materials are well-displayed and organized to attract customer attention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales, preferably in a promotional or brand ambassador role.
- Certifications in customer service or sales techniques are highly desirable.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
