Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression that encourages product interest.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of diverse audiences.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights during promotions, relaying vital information to the marketing team to inform future product enhancements.
  • Execute promotional events and in-store demonstrations, ensuring that all materials are well-displayed and organized to attract customer attention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and promotional outcomes, providing regular reports to management on performance metrics and customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales, preferably in a promotional or brand ambassador role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to the target market are an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively engage with customers.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic personality, with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
  • Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing for extended periods and engaging in active demonstrations.
