Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the envelope and stationery markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Present and demonstrate Gazelle s product portfolio to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer service excellence.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within designated territories.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer preferences and market demands.
