Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and direct them to the preferred section of products.
  • Identify customers needs, ask proper questions, and provide needed information and features about the product to achieve the potential sales.
  • Inspire, guide and advise customers with the best options, discuss suitability to customers needs and requests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer sales and service techniques to achieve set sales goals.
  • Cross and up- sell products and inform customers about discounts and special offers.
  • Professionally respond to customer complaints.
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Professional Experience:
