Job Description

The Sales & Operations Lead serves as the linchpin between the sales and operations teams, ensuring seamless integration and execution of strategies that drive business growth. This role is pivotal in optimizing sales processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximizing efficiency within the organization. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and operations management. Tasked with overseeing daily operations and sales targets, the Sales & Operations Lead must leverage data-driven insights to refine processes, improve team performance, and align operational activities with organizational goals. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with operational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to drive process improvements.
  • Monitor daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for sales and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Identify market trends and provide actionable insights for strategy development.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with supply chain to streamline inventory and distribution processes.
  • Report key performance indicators to senior management with actionable recommendations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales and operations leadership role, preferably ten years or more.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of making data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP software tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple projects and priorities.
