Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Associate Manager, in the specific position of RMA Associate Manager oversees the complete RMA process, ensuring efficient returns management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. This role involves team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the RMA team to achieve high performance and maintain standards.
- RMA Oversight: Manage the entire RMA lifecycle, from Customer to Supplier and back, including returns, inspections, repairs, replacements, and refunds.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Address escalated RMA issues and supplier quality concerns, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Data Analysis: Track trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements to reduce return rates and enhance product quality.
- Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations while working with quality assurance, logistics, supply chain, sales, integration center to resolve recurring issues.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in RMA management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- High level of English language both in written and oral communication Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
