Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
Title: Sales Operation officer
Department: Export Department
Reports To: Export Manager/Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, Proforma invoices, certificates of origin, and all related Export Documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs agents to ensure timely shipment of goods.
Track shipments and resolve any logistical or transportation issues.
Serve as a point of contact for international customers regarding shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and order inquiries.
Address and resolve any customer complaints related to exports.
Collaborate with Factory teams to ensure product availability for export and coordination for deliveries and loading.
Maintain records of export transactions for audits and internal reviews.
Generate reports on export performance and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, , Logistics, or related field.
Proficiency in, MS Office,
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
