Job Overview
As a Senior Account Manager at Barkaz, you will play a pivotal role in boosting sales growth and expanding the customer base, directly contributing to the company's success and meeting customer
needs. What is required of you?
Duties and Responsibilities
Seek new business opportunities within the building
materials market • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our decision-makers, managers and joint venture owners
• Understand the specific needs and requirements of customers in the industry
• Communicate effectively in terms of clarifying our prices, market value, and benefits of our
products and services • Collect and generate customer lists and qualify leads across various channels, including internet, networking, recommendations and face-to-face
interactions • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, demonstrations and presentations•
Negotiate and complete deals to achieve sales goals •
Maintain accurate customer records and manage the lead list in detail using the company's
technology • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency Marketing correspondence •
Achieve specific goals to raise dues with existing customers and achieve sales goals •
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives •
Required qualifications
Bachelor's
degree in Business or Commerce Administration or equivalent work experience in sales Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry or a related
sub-industry • Proven track record of successfully collecting leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales
targets • Strong understanding of e-sales strategies and customer
acquisition techniques • Excellent communication and public relations skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a rapidly changing
environment • Analytical and analytical skills• Strong
