Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients to promote IT solutions. • Understand client requirements and propose tailored software, hardware, or integrated solutions. • Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions to showcase value and capabilities. • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing. • Collaborate closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with customer needs. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation. • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT sector, is essential. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to meet client needs effectively. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management processes. • Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events regularly. • Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals in a competitive environment.
