Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new customer leads through various channels and follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned by the management Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics Monitor marketing trends by keeping an eye on competitive companies in Qatar marketplace to stay ahead of competition Measure and report performance of all competing campaigns Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth Participate to Prepare and execute a marketing plan for market which meets the business plan
Desired Candidate Profile
Monitor marketing trends and achieving the monthly sales targets Good knowledge of the company's sales and marketing policy and strategies Excellent knowledge of the product range Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales report Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
