Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Sell the company s products to clients while identifying and meeting their needs and expectations.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare delivery schedules and ensure timely coordination.
- Increase company sales by acquiring new clients and exploring new opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients regarding delivery timelines and payment follow-ups.
- Update and develop promotional content in alignment with market demands.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information and purchase history, for future sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, including sales activity, market movement, competitors, and promotional offers.
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Monitor market trends and competition to better meet client demands.
- Address customer complaints and follow up on service requests and feedback.
- Oversee the readiness of residential units and ensure timely handover to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requirements and support company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales.
- Completion of relevant professional training programs is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with modern technology tools and CRM systems.
