Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the GCC and international markets, focusing on high-value deals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, including market segmentation and target customer identification.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas within the assigned territories.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, showcasing the value proposition and closing deals effectively.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales accurately, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility within the GCC and international markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the GCC and international markets.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC and international business landscape, including cultural nuances and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic or other relevant languages is a plus.
  • Experience in the Steel Wire/Galvanized Steel Wire/Fencing Wire industry is highly preferred.
  • Possess a valid driving license and ability to travel frequently within the GCC and internationally.
