Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to understand project requirements, challenges, and client needs for swimming pool installations and renovations.
  • Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs and specifications for swimming pool systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, including detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment, while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Manage and oversee the installation process of swimming pool equipment, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or certifications related to pool design and construction.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the swimming pool industry, with a focus on MEP design and sales.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to swimming pool installations.
