The Sales & Marketing Head is a pivotal leadership position within any organization, responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive sales and marketing initiatives. Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
- Ability to adapt strategies in response to regulatory changes and market demands.
