Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel occupancy and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and guest experiences.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve targets.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.
