Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate internally with finance, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Track sales orders and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist in preparing sales dashboards, performance reports, and forecasts.
  • Act as a liaison with the marketing agency to ensure timely internal actions for campaigns.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Provide internal follow-up for after-sales requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • Experience & Credentials
  • 2 4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in trading, polymers, or chemical industries.
  • Experience with sales documentation and reporting.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the Odoo ERP system.
  • Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms, Letters of Credit) is a plus.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Team player with a professional attitude.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
