Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Associate is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for driving both sales and marketing strategies to support the growth of our company. The successful candidate will engage with customers, build relationships, and promote our products and services to maximize revenue. This person should be both creative and analytical, possessing the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns while analyzing performance data to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, the associate will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction. The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will be key to succeeding in this role.


Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and interests.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
  • Create engaging content for different marketing channels, including social media.
  • Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing metrics to management.
  • Participate in trade shows and other promotional events as required.
  • Manage customer accounts and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and email campaigns.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
