Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for software solutions within the education sector.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with universities and educational institutes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions that address client requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of Informatique Education s software offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years of proven experience in sales of software solutions
Strong background in selling to government clients
Excellent knowledge of digital transformation and IT solutions
Deep understanding of government procurement and bidding processes
Proven ability to achieve and exceed large-scale sales targets
Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools
